2.2 By listing products on the Platform, Suppliers represent and warrant that they have the legal capacity to sell or list the products and that the listed items do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

3. User Information and Third-Party Tools/Links

3.1 The StoreMela collects and processes various types of information provided by Users for facilitating operations on the Platform, including registration, orders, and payments.

3.2 The Platform's Privacy Policy outlines the collection, storage, and use of User information in detail.

3.3 The StoreMela may provide Users with access to third-party tools or links on the Platform. Users acknowledge and agree that The StoreMela does not monitor or control these tools, and their use is at the User's own risk.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) and IP Infringement

4.1 Users may not use any trademark, service mark, or logo of any third party without prior written approval.

4.2 The StoreMela reserves the right to remove any material from the Platform that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. Disclaimer and Liabilities

5.1 The StoreMela shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or any other damages, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.

5.2 Users are solely responsible for the safe and legal use of products purchased through the Platform.

6. Advertisements

6.1 Advertisements on the Platform are provided for general information purposes only, and The StoreMela does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of the content.

6.2 The StoreMela accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from dealings with advertisers found on the Platform.

7. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Control

7.1 The StoreMela shall not be liable for any damages arising from force majeure or events beyond its control.

9.2 Users consent to receive communications from The StoreMela through email, platform notifications, or other means.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions
